Sometimes all you need is emptiness. Sometimes what you crave is to empty your mind, declutter your thoughts, make room for the new.

An easy way to do it is by starting in the physical realm: Decluttering your home.

Then moving on to your mind: meditation or relaxation.

But then your soul? How do you sit still in complete presence of yourself? Do something you like and be fully present. Let contentment, joy, gratitude fulfil you.

So for today I’ll give you the gift of emptiness.

Nothing can be a very powerful tool and gift.

Make good use of it.
