Floriane’s Friday afternoon workshops are an amazing way to ground myself after a stressful week of work and life. Lovely mindfulness sessions with creative sessions, plus Floriane goes through all the science/theory behind it all, too. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore mindfulness.Ellen
Today I attended Floriane’s Masterclass. I was unsure what to expect but I walked in open-minded and happy to learn.
