Few weeks ago on July the 1st, B. and I did our first workshop together. Since it went so well we've decided to keep the same idea and do it on a regular basis every 5-6 weeks. By doing it regurlarly we hope that everyone will be able to really build some new skills and become more confident.
Please *drum roll* welcome Kick Start workshops.
On September the 30th we will run the second edition, called Kick Start back to school.
In this workshop we’ll keep building the strength and the awareness in your body by using Pilates and Fitness exercises. Breathing techniques will allow you to become even more aware of what is really happening in your body and give you the opportunity to reconnect with your feelings.
And because body without mind (and vice versa) is pointless, we will also work on our goals and find a way to achieve them.
You will leave the workshop with a nice free booklet full of tips, recipes and exercises to keep you training at home.
